My wife and I did this tour and it was fantastic! We had expected a lazy river sort of tour, but what we got was white-water rafting on an inner tube--and it was awesome! Our guides were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and made sure that everything was fun and safe. I would definitely do this again.
